I wake up every day to this room.
I choose how I wake up.
I choose how I spend my time every morning.
I choose what I put in it.
Through small, conscious choices
I started to overcome the daily health and wellness struggle.
Health is obviously the most important thing, and always the first thing sacrificed.
Everyone has their own sweet spot.
It’s always evolving.
We go in and out of it many times.
So I wanted to share everything that helped me handle this.
If I had to start over from scratch knowing all of this:
I would print out the worksheet below
I would grab a blank piece of paper and watch the video, taking notes along the way
I would open a Google Doc and make a 6 month plan for each section, reflecting along the way
And in a perfect world, I would follow all of it.
What I would actually end up doing is trying something new from the video/worksheet below, for like 2 weeks, and then trying again a few months down the line.
As long as I continue trying, that’s all that matters.
